Its official unveiling took place on April 14, 2026 at Casa Buenas. Different Platforms For One Country’s Cuisine
Delish Philippines runs across a dedicated website and several social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Rather than using these channels strictly for promotion, the editorial team will treat them as storytelling spaces, publishing engaging, accessible, and shareable content centered around everyday Filipino dishes and innovations that make up the local food scene.
Angelo Comsti leads the platform’s editorial direction as Chief of Editorial Content, with years of experience across restaurants, cookbooks, and culinary events under his belt. “I’ve always been a staunch promoter of Filipino food, and to be given multiple avenues to continue this mission, with the support of a publishing powerhouse such as AGC, I feel both elated and excited,” he says.

The website organizes Filipino food by region, featuring recipes from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao alongside original dishes from the Delish Philippines kitchen. The platform also maps the country’s dining scene in Metro Manila and beyond. Meanwhile, a dedicated News and Stories section documents the people, places, and produce behind Philippine food culture, covering both tradition and contemporary practice through compelling visuals and storytelling.

Delish Philippines will also be launching its first quarterly print issue in July 2026. The magazine will focus on long-form reporting about regional food practices, traditional cooking methods, and the individuals shaping the country’s culinary identity today.

A Launch That Brings The Industry Together
The Delish Philippines launch event at Casa Buenas in Newport Grand Wing drew over 70 chefs and restaurateurs. Michelin-recognized chefs Josh Boutwood, Aaron Isip, Nicco Santos, Don Baldosano, and Erin Recto attended, along with restaurateurs Ana de Ocampo, Carlo Lorenzana, and Ramon Uy, Jr. Throughout the afternoon, guests indulged in modern versions of Filipino classics including laing and okoy, each dish giving them a taste of what’s to come.

Publisher Randolf Palanca spoke to the platform’s larger ambition. “We believe Filipino cuisine is at the beginning of a global movement,” he shares. “Delish Philippines aims to bring together chefs, creators, and food lovers who continuously champion our flavors and traditions, helping introduce the richness of Filipino cuisine to the world.”
Delish Philippines is now live at its official website. The table is set, and it’s time to eat.
