The Fairmont Makati pays tribute to Hispanic heritage month by inviting celebrated Chef Chin Gallegos-Bagis of Pio’s Kitchen for a special collaboration. The chef takes on kitchen duty, bringing her famous paella to the luxury hotel. Chef Chin’s Spanish specialties will be available at Spectrum from October 9 to October 15. The weeklong event will also highlight other Spanish favorites including tortas, cazuelas, and jamons. For only PHP 2,150 per person for lunch, you can enjoy all of these with Chef Chin’s trademark paella as the centerpiece. An upgraded meal costs an additional PHP 895, but allows dinners the chance to feast with unlimited, special Spanish-themed cocktails. For dinner, guests can opt for a buffet spread of Spanish delights at PHP 2,380. Family outings on Sundays cost PHP 3,077 per person.
