Fork & Fizz: Brunch And Bubbles, Anyone?

By

Project Vino Reserve recently introduced its new Fork & Fizz brunch concept, which pairs beloved brunch classics with free-flowing bubbles to kickstart your weekends.

As the old saying goes, it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere. There’s really no “proper” time for bubbles when you’ve got great food and company on the table, and Project Vino Reserve’s latest brunch concept Fork & Fizz proves this.

Every Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM, the neighborhood favorite is serving up an all-inclusive brunch experience that matches daytime dining with your bubbles of choice: the Dominio de la Vega Cava No. 1, Dominio de la Vega Cava No. 11 Rosado Brut (pink cava), or Perrier-Jouët.

Crisp, refreshing, and balanced, these bubbles pair well with the brunch menu’s array of generously portioned, hearty takes on the classics done right. Choose your main and dessert, and you’ve got a leisurely morning you’ll never want to end.

The Weekend Opener

Brunch’s charm lies in the fact that there are no rules: just the good stuff, at your pace, with the people you care about.

Mains include a selection that utilizes the best of the breakfast basics, including eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, bacon, and perfectly baked bread. For instance, the Monte Cristo, American Breakfast, Cheese Omelette, and Eggs Royale all offer sophisticated takes on the staples that satisfy.

A playful selection of familiar, comforting desserts also await, including a French Toast topped with caramelized bananas; a delicate and warm Apple Pie; Red Wine Affogato, if you want to skip the caffeine and get straight to business; and the school recess treasure that is PB&J, done in the style of layered opera cake.

And, if you want just that added dimension of pure indulgence, we won’t judge: the brunch experience also gives you the option to add unlimited pancakes to your meal.

When Project Vino Reserve first opened in 2024, the goal was pretty clear: to make quality wine accessible and enjoyable, regardless of the occasion (or, even if there’s no particular occasion). The new Fork & Fizz program is a continuation of this ethos, one that welcomes guests to unwind, take it slow, and make their own rules for creating the perfect end-of-week escape.
