On The Menu: Grace Park And Abub’s Lechon Collab On A Lechon Remix

By

Grace Park teams up with Abub’s Lechon for five takes on the Filipino favorite, including lechon sisig tacos, binagoongan, and paksiw palayok rice.

Grace Park is putting its own spin on one of the Philippines’ most familiar celebration dishes. This August, the restaurant is teaming up with Abub’s Lechon for Lechon Remix, a limited-time menu that reimagines Cebu-style lechon across five new dishes. Available from August 13 to September 15, the collaboration centers on Abub’s signature charcoal-roasted spicy lechon, bringing it together with the cooking and flavors of Grace Park.

The collaboration also has a personal connection. Grace Park was founded by the late Chef Margarita Forés, and Abub’s happened to be one of her favorite lechons. For her son, Amado Forés—founder and president of AF Hospitality, the restaurant group now managing Grace Park—the menu is also a way of continuing her appreciation for Filipino ingredients and cooking.

“Abub’s has always been special to me because it’s my mom’s favorite lechon. I’ve always loved how delicious, crispy, and spicy it is,” says Amado. “We wanted to take something that people already enjoy and give it the Grace Park treatment, creating dishes that feel familiar but offer something fresh and unexpected.”
