Highland Park Triskelion
Over 100 years of whisky making went into the creation of this drink by the Orkney Islands-based distillery. Following the technique and heritage of whisky makers Gordon Motion, Max McFarlane, and John Ramsay, the Triskelion was created using a combination of first-fill sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts and American oak casks as well as first-fill bourbon barrels and hogsheads. Its aromatic and tasting notes include Seville oranges, crème brûlée, apricots, cumin, and a hint of rose.

Chivas Extra 13
For their new collection, Chivas Regal master blender Sandy Hyslop and his team opted to go with two initial variants: Oloroso Sherry and American Rye. The former has a sweet, fruity, and spicy flavor profile with notes of ripe pears, vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, and almonds. On the other hand, the latter has notes of orange, milk chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Both variants are aged 13 years (hence the name), which is one more than the usual 12.

Santa Ana Gin
Inspired by 1920s Manila’s dance hall crown jewel, the Santa Ana Cabaret, this gin was distilled in the French region of Charente. It extracts four botanicals endemic to the Philippines–Ylang Ylang, Alpinia, Calamansi, and Dalandan—and marries them with more traditional ingredients such as Juniper, Bitter Orange, and Angelica. This gin, which comes in an absolutely gorgeous bottle, is made by Bleeding Heart Rum Co, who also makes the award-winning Don Papa Rum.

Proclamation Gin
According to its website, Proclamation Gin has a simple backstory: the co-founders love gin so they decided to create their own. They also wanted to make something that is undeniably Filipino. That’s why they went with the Sampaguita as one of its base tasting notes, and worked with female harvesters in Central Luzon to pick out the best buds. The result is a smoky, fermented taste that evolves into a honeyed, warm finish.
Available through Proclamation Gin’s order form.
