Ginger.Lily
Ginger.Lily is Hilton Singapore Orchard’s multi-faceted lobby lounge and bar. A sophisticated, botanical-inspired oasis that seamlessly transforms throughout the day, it features airy, double-height ceilings and and fluted glass panels mimicking the Ginger Lilies’ fins that effortlessly draw guests’ attention.
Vibrant Afternoon Tea
The establishment’s botanical theme extends to its food and beverage offerings, including its newly-launched afternoon tea series, “Teatime Soirée,” which takes inspiration from storybooks.
Teatime Soirée is a refined fusion of French flair and Japanese artistry; the result of an exclusive collaboration between Ginger.Lily and La Maison de l’Excellence Savencia®: an esteemed French culinary institution in Viroflay, France, renowned for its dedication to fine dairy craftsmanship.
In addition to the new afternoon tea menu, Ginger.Lily introduces “Botanique En Fleurs” — a capsule collection of three botanical-inspired cakes, inspired by a blooming garden. The Purple Daisy enchants with delicate layers of violet cream and luscious berry compote, while the White Daisy offers a delicate blend of coconut mousse and pineapple gel. The Tiramisu offers an imaginative twist on the beloved classic, featuring a rounded shape and rich espresso-soaked sponge with velvety mascarpone, edible “soil,” and verdant greenery.
The Journey of Flavor
Ginger.Lily’s Teatime Soirée is a journey of flavor that begins with a refreshing prologue. Here, guests will start with a choice of a signature cocktail or mocktail. The Yuzu Breeze (with Cirka Vodka, whipping cream, yuzu, and soda water accented by edible paint) offers a colorful start. For a non-alcoholic option, the Sparkling Peach Mocktail blends Moscato grapes with natural peach juice for a refreshing welcome.
Then comes the symphony of savory pastries, which includes expertly-crafted bites like the Truffle Croque Monsieur Twist, a luxurious take on the classic French sandwich with grated black truffle, turkey ham, parmesan shavings, and truffle cream cheese; and Miso Brioche with Scallops, which pairs the umami of scallops, tobiko, wasabi-yuzu mayo, and katsuobushi with a white miso brioche for a fusion of French and Japanese flavors.
Then there’s pre-dessert, a sweet prelude to the sweeter conclusion. Here, guests can enjoy a dish of poached pears in blackcurrant wine, served with sour cream ice cream and a refreshing mint jelly drizzle. Standouts include Ginger.Lily Chouquettes, featuring a signature tea-infused crémeux and tea gel, and delicate garnish of lemon verbena; The Pistachio “Flan Parisien” with Orange Blossom, which captivates with creamy pistachio custard, aromatic orange blossom essence, and buttery shortcrust; and the more decadent Violet Chocolate Gâteau with its delightful layers of banana jam, milk chocolate mousse, and raspberry crêpes.
Finally, guests will receive a memorable memento to mark the epilogue of their storybook journey: sachets of Ginger.Lily’s signature tea to take home, leaving them with an aromatic reminder of their Teatime Soirée experience.

Guests can also pair these dishes with a wine from the restaurant’s extensive list, which features over 280 labels displayed in a floor-to-ceiling vino wall. Curated by Osteria Mozza’s partner and celebrity winemaker Joe Bastianich, the selection is predominantly Italian, including house labels Bastianich and La Mozza.
A Warm Ambiance
Osteria Mozza’s interiors feature rustic elements reminiscent of a Tuscan farmhouse, with its open kitchen, stacks of firewood, gabion stone walls, and natural brick screening.
Supple caramel leather covers much of the restaurant’s upholstery, and soft, warm lighting lends an air of intimacy to the dining experience. A lively, convivial vibe is also evident throughout the dining spaces, particularly around the mozzarella bar and indoor dining room, which faces the open kitchen. Outdoors, its alfresco terrace and adjoining herb garden overlook the bustle of Orchard Road, and are sheltered from the elements to offer guests the ideal open-air dining experience.
Chatterbox
Synonymous with its world-famous Mandarin Chicken Rice, Chatterbox is an award-winning icon. Since 1971, the restaurant has cemented its reputation as a go-to spot for generations of Singaporeans, serving the country’s authentic hawker food and robust-flavored Asian cuisine.
Blending nostalgia and modernity, some of its beloved specialties—which the restaurant prepares with time-honored recipes—include the Lobster Laksa, “Hokkien Style” Bak Kut Teh, and Rendang and Beef Short Ribs.
