Quirky as it seems, the fragrance does have a market. Musk has already sold at least 10,000 bottles of Burnt Hair, amounting to an estimated $1 million so far.

Available through Musk’s The Boring Company, Burnt Hair will ship in the first quarter of 2023. The product retails for P6,000 (roughly $100) each.

“With a name like mine, getting into the fragrance business was inevitable–why did I even fight it for so long!?” Musk posted.
