It was a happening night at the first #RSVPLifestyleAsia of the year when the February 2017 issue was launched with Kerry Tinga on the cover. She flew in from London just for the event, as did internationally celebrated Filipino designer Lesley Mobo, who dressed and styled Kerry for the location shoot in the English countryside. The party at Discovery Primea’s Flame was the start of many celebrations leading up to the magazine’s 30th anniversary. Lifestyle Asia is the first premium publication in the Philippines that prefaced the glossy magazine boom in the country three decades ago. Moet & Chandon set up a lounge where champagne flowed throughout the night. The pace escalated as each of the 30 #LifestyleAsiaGameChangers were recognized and presented with personalized Moet Champagne bottles and gifts from Rustan’s. These thirty something and below are pursuing goals that can positively impact communities, environment and the world. Editor-and-Chief Anna Sobrepena sent a call to action, inviting the young people to get together for a collective pursuit of their personal advocacies. It was high energy set to the signature beat of DJ Quark Henares throughout the night. Guests left past midnight with gifts from Laura Mercier, NARS and L’Occitane.
