Greater Le Meur: A More Personal, Less Invasive Approach To Beauty

By

As aesthetic technology continues to evolve, Le Meur Aesthetics’ Greater Le Meur campaign champions a more tailored and holistic approach to beauty, where less invasive treatments, expert guidance, and individual comfort take precedence.

What does it mean for an aesthetics clinic to become greater? For Le Meur Aesthetics, it isn’t simply about adding more treatments to the menu or pursuing every new technology available. It means understanding what each patient actually needs, finding treatments that meet those needs without compromising comfort, and making medical expertise part of the experience at every step. That philosophy was at the heart of the Greater Le Meur campaign, which officially launched on September 17, 2026, at Le Meur Aesthetics Greenhills, the clinic’s flagship location.

Rather than focusing solely on what’s new, the afternoon opened a wider conversation around beauty and aging well, introducing greater technology, greater treatments, greater expertise, and greater experience as the pillars of the Le Meur approach.

Guests were welcomed by the Le Meur Aesthetics team before moving into an afternoon of conversations and demonstrations, including the official Density unboxing, the reveal of Préime DermaFacial, discussions around the role of technology in aesthetic care, and a guest Q&A. Leading the conversations were Dr. Janice C. Ty, M.D., Head Physician at Le Meur Aesthetics Greenhills; Marcus Peña, Clinical Officer at Vanguard Aesthetics; and Ruby Chavez, COO of Vanguard Aesthetics. Brand ambassador Rica Peralejo also joined as a special guest.

Greater Technology, Without The Discomfort

At the heart of Greater Le Meur is the idea that better aesthetic care doesn’t necessarily mean doing more. It means understanding the skin first, then determining which technology, treatment, and level of intervention actually make sense for each patient. The clinic considers the skin’s structure, surface, quality, regenerative ability, individual concerns, and personal goals before recommending a treatment, letting personalization work in tandem with technology.

The campaign’s latest technologies reflect this approach. Density, a non-invasive RF treatment, works on the upper dermis to help tighten and firm the skin, improve facial definition, and stimulate collagen. It’s designed to address concerns such as skin laxity, fine lines, and overall skin quality, with the technology presented at the event citing a potential 232% increase in collagen. Importantly, it is designed without pain or downtime, with results developing progressively after treatment.

Préime DermaFacial takes the same less invasive approach to skin maintenance. The 5-in-1 facial platform uses five different tips and incorporates processes including ultrasound, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, collagen stimulation, and muscle toning, with skincare actives such as niacinamide. Completed in approximately an hour, it’s designed to address concerns including dullness, dehydration, congestion, uneven texture, and loss of firmness while offering an alternative to more invasive approaches.

The whole point of the campaign isn’t to pursue every new technology simply because it’s available. As Marcus Peña, Clinical Officer at Vanguard Aesthetics, explains during the unveiling: “At the end of the day, it’s about what the patient needs, right? A doctor could give you all the treatments in the world, but if you don’t need it, what would be the benefit of it to you? It’s not about single or combination or even stagger treatments, but what the patient needs at the end of the day.”

It’s a perspective that gets to the heart of Greater Le Meur: technology has a place in aesthetic care, but it should serve the individual rather than dictate the treatment. In that sense, a greater approach can also be a gentler one, where personal needs and aging well remain part of the conversation.

Personal, But Never Prescriptive

The most salient message of the Greater Le Meur launch was that greater beauty doesn’t necessitate doing more; it can also mean doing less, when less is what the patient needs. It can mean choosing a non-invasive treatment instead of a more aggressive approach, waiting before proceeding, or finding a treatment that feels comfortable enough to become part of your ongoing approach to self-care. For Brand ambassador Rica Peralejo, that means feeling heard and respected when making aesthetic decisions.

“’Greater’ means there’s a reference. There’s something ‘great,’ and now we’re bringing something ‘greater.’ That’s been the heart of Le Meur ever since. […] Technology makes it possible. Le Meur offers you very friendly treatments, and I’m so happy that they’re open to my own comfort level. Sometimes you encounter clinics or doctors who are a little bit pushy,” ,” she explains during the launch. “If there’s something new, they’ll ask you to do that. One thing that I love about them is that they’re really not going to give you pressure. Instead, what they will work on is your plan. They will not try to sell you all of the things in the clinic that you can avail of; they will only try to give you what’s good for you.”

Her perspective captures an important part of the Greater Le Meur philosophy. Beauty is personal, and so is the way each person chooses to approach aging. A treatment that works for one patient may not necessarily be the right choice for another, which makes consultation, medical guidance, and an understanding of one’s own goals just as important as the technology itself. Aging well isn’t about recreating an ideal, but rather, making informed choices that support how one wants to look and feel, without feeling pressured to do more than necessary.

Greater Expertise, Greater Trust

For Dr. Janice C. Ty, M.D., Head Physician at Le Meur Greenhills, the campaign reflects a broader dedication to patient care. “Greater Le Meur represents our commitment to continuously improve how we care for our patients,” she states. “It isn’t simply about bringing new machines or offering new treatments. It means combining better technology, stronger medical guidance, and personalized treatment.”

In an aesthetics landscape where technology continues to expand the possibilities of what can be done, having those steadfast principles are integral. More options also mean more decisions, making expertise and personalization more valuable than ever before. Density and Préime DermaFacial may be the latest additions to the clinic’s offerings, but the campaign’s core proposition transcends treatments: it tells us that aesthetic care is most effective when it enhances one’s confidence and authenticity, and that can only happen when a clinic gives a patient the avenue to better understand themselves.

That’s the thinking behind Greater Le Meur: not the pursuit of advancement for its own sake, but as a means of taking a more considered approach to beauty, wellness, and aging well, where the right treatment is the one that actually meets you where you are.

Frequently Asked Questions

Greater Le Meur is Le Meur Aesthetics’ approach to greater technology, greater treatments, greater expertise, and greater experience. Introduced at the September 17 technology reveal at Le Meur Aesthetics Greenhills, the campaign highlights a more personalized approach to aesthetic treatments, with medical expertise and individual patient needs guiding the experience.

Density is a non-invasive RF treatment that works on the upper dermis to help tighten and firm the skin, improve facial definition, and enhance overall skin quality by stimulating collagen. It is designed to address concerns including skin laxity, fine lines and wrinkles, facial definition, skin firmness, and overall texture and quality. Density is presented as a comfortable treatment with no pain or downtime, while progressive results continue to develop after treatment.

Préime DermaFacial is a five-in-one facial platform that combines multiple processes in a single customizable treatment. The pain-free treatment incorporates ultrasound, collagen stimulation, muscle toning, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration, along with skincare actives including niacinamide. In approximately one hour, it addresses concerns including dullness, dehydration, congestion, uneven texture, fine lines, loss of firmness, and overall skin radiance.

Density can be complemented with Ultherapy PRIME. Since both treatments have no downtime, they can be performed in the same sitting when deemed appropriate. Le Meur emphasizes that combination treatments should remain grounded in individual assessment, patient goals, and treatment planning rather than being treated as a one-size-fits-all approach.

Le Meur Aesthetics emphasizes assessment, patient goals, medical guidance, and individual comfort when determining which treatments are appropriate. New technology does not mean that everyone needs it, and treatments are presented as options based on each patient’s needs rather than a one-size-fits-all prescription. Greater Le Meur reflects this approach through its focus on greater technology, treatments, expertise, and experience.
