Ultra-Exclusivity: You Can Get in Your Car Straight From Your Apartment at Bentley’s Luxury Residences

Have you ever heard of an in-building car elevator system?

Bentley Motors collaborates with Dezer Development to build the luxury car company’s first residential tower.

The latter is behind some of the luxurious buildings of South Florida’s skyline, including the Porsche Design Tower, Residences by Armani, and the future development Thunderbird Days Inn Hotel.

Located in Miami, the building will stand at 749 feet and over 60 stories high, containing 216 luxury apartments by architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects. The British car brand also includes an innovative way to get to your car from the unit directly, featuring a cylindrical design and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Through a patented car elevator system, you can store vehicles in a multi-parking space garage, providing elevated privacy and exclusivity. In addition, each home features a private balcony, pool, outdoor shower, sauna, and cinema.

Communal areas will include a full whiskey bar, gym, spa, and a restaurant. Sustainability is also in the development’s plans by abiding with Florida’s Green Building Council—this means the wildlife surrounding the construction site will be protected. At the same time, its structure will “keep” energy consumption to a minimum.
