This year, several stars have flown to Italy, the country of romance, to tie the knot.
Italy is known for being one of the most romantic places in the world, from its stunning scenery and rich culture to the delicious food and flowing wine.
It’s no surprise that these celebrities have gone all out to spend their big day in the picturesque destination. Here are just some of the snapshots these stars have shared from their wedding days.

Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi
Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi tied the knot back in May in an intimate wedding ceremony, with plans to throw a bigger celebration later in the year.
Yesterday, the couple shared photos from their second wedding on social media, writing “Forever and always, your husband/wife.”

The lavish wedding, which took place at Villa Cetinale in Florence, Italy, was officiated by Brown’s Stranger Things co-star Matthew Modine. The couple stood underneath a white floral arch while the aisle was also decorated with large bouquets.
For her big day, Brown wore a total of four dresses. During the ceremony, she donned a custom Galia Lahav gown and a veil from Monvieve, both featuring intricate lace details. Meanwhile, Bongiovi was wearing a Tom Ford white suit jacket and black pants.

Before the reception, she changed into a shorter, corset-style bridal gown. In a photo of the cake-cutting portion of the event, the actress wore a backless halter-style gown from Oscar de la Renta.
Later in the night, she changed for the final time into a satin off-the-shoulder minidress, likely for the afterparty. In one of the photos, she was also wearing a black bow tie, probably one of Bongiovi’s own. While Bongiovi’s father, Bon Jovi, said he would sing at the wedding, there have been no photos or videos of the performance yet.
Rebel Wilson and Ramona Agruma
In February last year, Rebel Wilson and Ramona Agruma got engaged on Valentine’s Day at one of the most magical places on Earth, Disneyland.

Last month, the couple had their destination wedding in Sardinia, Italy. The country seems to be a special place for them as it’s where they had their first vacation as a public couple.
Back in June 2022, the Pitch Perfect star shared a photo of her and Agruma strolling around the seaside town of Porto Cervo, with the caption “Ciao bellas.” Since then, the two have been raising their now two-year-old daughter Royce Lillian.

The couple only shared one photo from their wedding day, both in their wedding dresses and matching white bouquets. According to their latest Instagram posts, they’ve been spending their honeymoon in Paris and even attended a Maison Yoshiki fashion show.
Ed Westwick and Amy Jackson
Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick proposed to Supergirl’s Amy Jackson back in January this year during a romantic getaway in Switzerland.
In August, just seven months later, the couple tied the knot in two ceremonies. The first was a small civil wedding at The Connaught Hotel in London.

They then said “I do” for the second time during their destination wedding in Italy’s Amalfi Coast. Jackson told People that the picturesque region was “the perfect place” for their big day, referring to its “timeless romance and vintage charm.”
According to the bride, their wedding festivities began with a sunset cruise on the Motonave Patrizia, featuring live Italian music and a menu by Michelin-starred chef Salvatore Iazzetta.
The wedding itself took place at the historic Castello Di Rocca Cilento. Held at the foot of the sunset tower, the ceremony’s location was decorated with white cherry trees and white roses, creating an enchanting secret garden.

Jackson’s four-year-old son, Andreas (from a past relationship), was Westwick’s best man. “We both wanted [Andreas] to be an integral part of this special moment. He walked down the aisle with me, carried the rings, and waited for his mother with me,” Westwick told People.
The actor was wearing an Armani tuxedo with a white jacket and black pants while the bride’s gown was a custom-made piece by Italian designer Alberta Ferretti.
The two shared their handwritten vows in front of 220 guests then exited the ceremony to Stevie Wonder’s “Signed, Sealed, Delivered.” The night went on with more live music, dancing, and a feast of Italian cuisine.
