If your signature scent needs a change, these 2026 fragrance releases offer plenty to consider.

New perfumes tend to revisit familiar territory, but the best ones give you a reason to reconsider what you already know. From Chanel’s more intense take on Coco Mademoiselle to Le Labo’s study of white violet, these 2026 fragrance launches play with familiar notes in unexpected ways.  Here are five scents to know, all released this year.

Jo Malone Sea Salt & Bergamot

Perfumer Mathilde Bijaoui takes Jo Malone London out to sea with this fresh, woody fragrance. Bergamot brightens the opening, sea salt gives the heart a mineral edge, and driftwood grounds the scent. Unlike Wood Sage & Sea Salt, which evokes a windswept shore, this one ventures into the wilder waters of the Celtic Sea.

Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Crush Absolu

For Coco Mademoiselle’s 25th anniversary, Olivier Polge turns up the intensity with Crush Absolu. Grapefruit and lychee join the original’s rose, jasmine, and patchouli, while vanilla and vetiver add sweetness and depth. It launched on August 19.

Le Labo Shiu 25

Created for Beijing as part of Le Labo’s City Exclusive collection, Shiu 25 centers on a softer expression of the Ho tree, layered with powdery iris, olibanum, and warm woods. Its annual international release takes place in September, but that window has closed for this year. The fragrance is now available in its home city, with refills offered at select Le Labo labs year-round.

Le Labo Violette 30

White violet, rather than the more familiar purple variety, gives Violette 30 its distinctive character. White tea, cedar, and guaiac wood bring green, smoky depth to the floral composition. Released in February 2026, it’s a permanent addition to Le Labo’s Classic Collection.

Narciso Rodriguez For Her Pure Musc Blanc

Perfumer Sonia Constant centered this Eau de Parfum Intense around creamy musk, jasmine, cedarwood, and vanilla. The result is a clean, white floral with a warm, skin-like finish. Designed to be layered over the original For Her Pure Musc, it offers a way to make the familiar fragrance feel more personal.
