Grab your friends, turn on your Strava, and hit these city routes for your next gossip-filled Hot Girl Walk.
There are days when life feels so overwhelming that all you want to do is drop everything and walk it off. When things get a little too much, I lace up my walking shoes and take a long stroll around the city—a ritual my friends and I, along with the rest of the internet, have dubbed the Hot Girl Walk.
A Hot Girl Walk is exactly what it sounds like: a long walk that gets you moving, clears your head, and gives you a much-needed break from the chaos of everyday life. But when you do it with friends, a casual stroll can quickly turn into an hours-long gossip and debriefing session, so you’re not only getting your steps in, but also serving tea, catching up, and taking in the city’s energy along the way.
Ready to step away from the noise and take a Hot Girl Walk of your own? Turn on your Strava and check out the routes we’ve mapped out for your next city stroll.

Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig
BGC is pretty much the prime example of Manila walkability. Start at Track 30th or Terra 28th, make your way through Bonifacio High Street, then head toward Burgos Circle before cutting through the tree-lined avenues of the BGC Greenway. The best part? There’s plenty to look at while you walk, from dogs and people-watching to the occasional outfit that makes you question your own wardrobe. The wide, well-paved sidewalks and pockets of greenery make it easy to keep going, too. When you’re ready for a break, grab a matcha or cold brew from Elephant Grounds or % Arabica.

Makati Park & Elevated Walkway Loop
For days when you want your Hot Girl Walk to feel a little more peaceful, take the Makati Park & Elevated Walkway Loop. Link Ayala Triangle Gardens to Legazpi Active Park and Jaime Velasquez Park in Salcedo using the covered elevated walkways, where you can enjoy a little greenery without fully leaving the city behind. It’s leafy, calm, and has plenty of benches for when your “walk” inevitably turns into a sit-down debrief. If you time it right, you can also drop by the Salcedo Saturday Market or Legazpi Sunday Market. For a well-deserved post-walk treat, stop by Yardstick or Panco Cafe for coffee and a pastry.

Rockwell Center, Makati
Rockwell is for the Hot Girl Walk that doubles as a little quiet-luxury moment. Start around Power Plant Mall, loop through Joya Drive and Hidalgo Drive, then extend your walk toward the Proscenium complex. The area is clean, leafy, and relatively quiet, with low traffic and plenty of cute dogs being walked along the way. It’s also the perfect excuse to put on your favorite activewear set and pretend you’re starring in your own wellness campaign. When you’re ready to call it a day, reward yourself with a matcha or iced latte from Wildflour, Single Origins, or UCC Clockwork.

White Plains & Temple Drive, Quezon City
For something a little more suburban, head to White Plains and Temple Drive. Stick primarily to Temple Drive, where the quieter roads and greenery make for a much more relaxed walk. From there, stroll past the Manila Temple toward The Clubhouse at Temple Drive and Corinthian Hills, or loop through the Katipunan Extension sidewalk if you’re up for a longer route. The vibe is very neighborhood morning: locals walking their dogs, runners getting their miles in, and people picking up coffee and pastries. Make a pit stop at Apéro for specialty coffee and artisanal pastries, The Clubhouse at Temple Drive for an iced drink or a quick Santi’s run, or FLATSIX CAFE and Buttery & Co. for a cozy neighborhood coffee break.
