Jolie, recognizing the historical significance of the location, intends to maintain the original graffiti-laden exterior, which serves as a poignant homage to Basquiat.

The transaction, facilitated by the reputable Meridian Capital Group, was conducted with utmost care.

Directors John Roesch and Garrett Kelly oversaw the purchase of the building, ensuring the preservation of its artistic heritage.

While the exact sale price remains undisclosed, the space had been listed for lease at $60,000 USD per month, with a minimum lease term of ten years.

With the acquisition complete, Jolie aims to launch Atelier Jolie as expeditiously as possible.
