After The Afterparty
“Unfortunately, we can’t wear party clothes all the time,” Rosanna admits. It’s that admission that sets the tone for the entire collection. Androgyny doesn’t abandon the label’s signature exuberance so much as loosen it. The drama seeps into clothes made for movement rather than spectacle; the shapes relax, but the energy stays. The collection also marks new territory for Rosanna with her first dedicated menswear line. The brand has flirted with androgynous silhouettes before, folding masculine tailoring into her womenswear.
Pieces include the Antonia Barrel Pant, a curved denim trouser; the Timmy Vest, sleeveless with a tailored lapel and raw, frayed edges; the Demie Pant, a wide-leg trouser with a contrast leather waistband; and the Morrison Shirt, a denim button-down with suede at the yoke and cuffs. The Boyfriend Shirt with woven cuffs and a matching Mini Skirt complete the lineup.
A New Chapter For Rosanna Ocampo
Timing plays its own role in the story. Androgyny arrives as part of the label’s regular seasonal cadence, typically running from late June through early October, positioning the collection as a bridge piece. It’s still recognizably Rosanna Ocampo, but made for the long stretch of ordinary days that fall between celebrations. The pieces carry the same appetite for pattern, texture, and volume that defined her party dresses, just redirected toward something made for the regular.
The strength of Androgyny comes from how little Rosanna has had to compromise to make it. Her point of view stays intact—she has just given it a wider stage.
