Just this week, we did a brief feature on some of our favorite Grecian goddesses of all time. Timely enough, we recently caught news that Karl Lagerfeld has restaged the Cruise 2017/18 Collection in Chengdu, China—an elaborate Greek-inspired collection showcased upon a vibrant backdrop of ancient ruins and pillars.
Titled “The Modernity of Antiquity,” the extravaganza was everything we believe a Grecian goddess would look like clad in luxe couture: draped silhouettes, graceful lines, belted waists, elaborate headbands, gold accents, and soft pastel hues.
