Discover the highlights of Lucerne Watch Week 2025 as Manila showcased the world’s top watch brands, celebrating craftsmanship, heritage, and innovation.
Marking a milestone for the Philippine luxury watch community, Lucerne successfully concluded its inaugural Lucerne Watch Week 2025.
“Lucerne Watch Week is a celebration of horological excellence, offering a rare and exclusive preview of the most coveted timepieces unveiled at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025,” said Emerson Yao, Managing Director of Lucerne. “For one week, discerning collectors and enthusiasts in the Philippines have the opportunity to experience the future of fine watchmaking–right here at home.”
The event was held at boutiques across Greenbelt 3 and 5, Ayala Triangle Gardens, and C1 High Street BGC, showcasing the latest releases from the world’s most prestigious brands, including Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Breitling, Chopard, Hublot, IWC, Panerai, Parmigiani, Grand Seiko, Tudor, and TAG Heuer.

Jaeger-LeCoultre
At Lucerne Watch Week 2025, Jaeger-LeCoultre unveiled the Reverso Tribute Geographic, featuring the newly developed in-house Calibre 834. The timepiece impressed guests with its dual-dial design, combining a world time display with a grande date complication, available in steel and a limited pink gold edition of 150 pieces.



Parmigiani Fleurier
The event highlighted Parmigiani Fleurier’s legacy through the story of Michel Parmigiani, celebrating his expertise in restoration and innovation in haute horlogerie. Enthusiasts were introduced to the brand’s heritage of technical excellence, its pioneering role in the “Qualité Fleurier Certification,” and Michel Parmigiani’s influence as a master watchmaker recognized with multiple international awards.



Breitling
Breitling introduced the Navitimer B19, showcasing its perpetual calendar chronograph Caliber B19 outside of a limited series for the first time. Featuring an ice-blue dial, platinum bezel, and stainless-steel case, the movement automatically adjusts for leap years and varying month lengths, offering a 96-hour power reserve with minimal maintenance for up to a century.



Vacheron Constantin
In celebration of its 270th anniversary, Vacheron Constantin revealed eight limited editions from the Traditionnelle and Patrimony collections, each enhanced with Maltese Cross-inspired motifs and a rare côte unique movement finish. These pieces exemplify the Maison’s harmony of historic craftsmanship and innovation, incorporating complications such as moon phases and retrograde dates.



Hublot
Marking two decades of the Big Bang, Hublot presented five limited editions blending the iconic 2005 design with the modern Big Bang Unico. Crafted in materials including titanium ceramic, King Gold, red ceramic, Magic Gold, and matte black ceramic, each model is powered by the in-house UNICO chronograph, embodying the brand’s “Art of Fusion” philosophy.



TAG Heuer
TAG Heuer reintroduced its iconic “beads-of-rice” bracelet, a signature design from the 1960s, to the TAG Heuer Carrera collection. This contemporary reinterpretation blends vintage inspiration with modern craftsmanship, ensuring superior comfort and an improved fit. The bracelet was featured on four TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph models, including the 2023 black and signature blue chronographs, and the recently launched 2024 “Panda” and “teal green Dato” models.



Chopard
Chopard enriched its Alpine Eagle collection with two new 41 mm models, each featuring an original “Pine Green” dial. These timepieces were made available in Chopard’s exclusive Lucent Steel™ or ethical 18-carat rose gold and were powered by the chronometer-certified Chopard 01.01-C movement. A portion of the proceeds from the sales of these models was pledged to the Alpine Eagle Foundation, an organization dedicated to preserving the Alpine environment and its biodiversity.



Grand Seiko
Grand Seiko launched a new Spring Drive movement, the Caliber 9RB2, which received the “Ultra Fine Accuracy” (U.F.A.) designation. This new movement boasted an astounding accuracy rate of ±20-seconds-per-year, making it the most accurate mainspring-powered wristwatch movement available at the time of its announcement. The Caliber 9RB2 debuted in two new 37mm models within the Evolution 9 Collection: one in High-Intensity Titanium and a limited edition in Platinum 950.



IWC Schaffhausen
IWC Schaffhausen unveiled the Ingenieur Automatic 35, showcasing a more compact 35mm version of its iconic sports watch with refined ergonomics and intricate finishing. The new models included options in 18-carat 5N gold and stainless steel, all featuring the signature “Grid” dial and see-through case backs revealing the automatic calibre 47110.



TUDOR
TUDOR introduced the latest edition of the Black Bay 58 in all-burgundy, now elevated with METAS Master Chronometer certification and enhanced ergonomics. Offered on three strap options, including a new 5-link bracelet with T-fit, the watch combined vintage aesthetics with cutting-edge technical precision.



Panerai
Panerai presented a refreshed Luminor Marina, featuring new titanium and steel references with upgraded P.980 calibres, enhanced luminescence, and water resistance up to 50 BAR. With modernized proportions, quick strap release systems, and vibrant new dials and finishes, the collection remained true to the brand’s rugged naval heritage while embracing contemporary innovation.



Lucerne Watch Week 2025 not only showcased the pinnacle of watchmaking but also underscored Manila’s place on the global luxury map. Through its celebration of craftsmanship, heritage, and innovation, the event set a new standard for the Philippine horological community—one that promises to tick ever forward.
