A New Dining Experience At Le Café Louis Vuitton
The culinary offering at LV The Place Bangkok is also getting an upgrade. Le Café Louis Vuitton will expand its existing ground-floor location, with a new second-floor dining destination serving lunch, teatime, and dinner.
Led by Chef Christophe Grilo, with local chefs from the Louis Vuitton Culinary Community, the menu presents signature House creations, international influences, and Thai flavours. Dishes include Monogram Ravioli with lobster and tom yum-inspired coral bisque, as well as Caesar Salad Eclipse with Khao Man Gai chicken. The Silk Road Wagyu pairs the beef with Massaman curry and smoked potato, giving a Saint-Tropez-inspired creation a Thai interpretation.
The pastry selection follows the same approach. Alongside familiar favorites such as the Chocolate Monogram and Vanilla Dream are Bangkok-exclusive creations in local flavors, including Mango Charlotte, Siam Petula with pineapple, coconut, and pandan, and Thai Tea Fleur.
