At the upscale Newport Grand Wing is the integrated resort’s signature restaurant Casa Buenas,  elevating Filipino classic dishes with a dash of Spanish flair.

The pièce de résistance is the Cebu Lechon-inspired Sinulog Roasted Lechon Manok. Other favorites are the Gambas and two types of Paella. The restaurant’s interiors call back to a bahay na bato, reminiscent of a classic Filipino ancestral home.

At the third floor, right by the hip Vega Pool Club is Hilton Manila’s Freestyle Pool Bar that serves delectable light snacks and expertly concocted cocktails. At Hotel Okura Manila, The Pool Bar at the SORA Rooftop is a quiet escape with incredible city views. The menu includes the signature Okura burger and beverages from fine signature cocktails to healthy smoothies, and a selection of wines and spirits.
