In celebration of the film’s 15th anniversary, DreamWorks’ beloved animated classic will be screened in full while John Powell’s Academy Award®-nominated score is performed live by the 83-member Filharmonika Orchestra, under the baton of Thanapol Setabrahmana, one of Thailand’s leading young conductors from the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra.

Acclaimed by critics and adored by audiences, How to Train Your Dragon introduced a wildly memorable world of dragons and Vikings based on the books by Cressida Cowell. Centered on the unlikely friendship between a young Viking boy named Hiccup and a fierce yet lovable dragon named Toothless, the film made waves when it premiered in 2010, appealing to people of all ages thanks to a well-written story backed by incredible animation and Powell’s distinctive, emotionally resonant score.
Now, with the composer’s sweeping soundtrack brought to life by a full symphony orchestra, audiences can rediscover this modern animated masterpiece in a grand concert experience.
