Belo Medical Group launches XIGLO, a new physician-led facility in Rockwell that integrates aesthetics, wellness, and personalized care in one space.
For years, the science of beauty has revolved around one question: what procedure should I do next? Belo Medical Group has been at the forefront of that evolution through pioneering treatments, setting standards, and influencing the conversation around beauty in the Philippines for more than 36 years. But as trends come and go, the conversation itself has begun to change; beauty is no longer just about what we see in the mirror, but how we feel beyond it. Belo Medical Group understands this evolving perspective as it continues to expand its definition of beauty, giving Filipinos access to the treatments and care they deserve. Its next step forward? The launch of XIGLO, a physician-led, science-backed, and evidence-based facility designed to bridge the gap between “outer radiance” and “inner vitality.”

XIGLO IS Where Outer Radiance Meets Inner Vitality
36 years ago, Dr. Victoria “Vicki” Belo helped introduce aesthetic medicine to a country where the idea was still largely unfamiliar. Over the decades, Belo Medical Group went on to democratize the industry, eventually becoming one of the biggest names in Filipino beauty; now, the group is entering a new chapter.
These days, looking good and feeling good have become increasingly intertwined. Glowing skin can only tell so much of the story if you’re constantly exhausted, struggling with stress, dealing with hormonal changes, or running on very little sleep.
“We listened to our patients, and what they were asking for changed,” shares Gina Lorenzana, CEO of Belo Medical Group. “People still care about aesthetics, and we’re very good at that. But now they’re also concerned about what’s happening on the inside.”

That shift led to XIGLO, Belo Medical Group’s first aesthetics and wellness clinic. Located at 1 Proscenium in Rockwell, the facility combines the group’s expertise in aesthetics with a more comprehensive approach to health and aging. Each patient’s journey begins by establishing their own biological baseline, which then guides a personalized plan based on their needs and goals.
For Dr. Vicki Belo, however, entering this space was never going to be something the group rushed into. “We’ve wanted to move into longevity for a few years now, and the reason we did it only now is because we’ve been researching, we’ve been studying, and we really don’t do anything halfway,” she says. “We want to make sure that everything is science-based, so we’ve partnered with the experts on longevity.”

Meet the Doctors Behind Your Plan
That expertise comes from XIGLO’s specialized panel of physicians, led by Prof. Dr. Dominik Thor, an internationally recognized authority in longevity and regenerative medicine who co-created the clinic’s clinical framework.

Dr. Thor is the president of the Geneva College of Longevity Science and serves as Belo Medical Group’s longevity consultant. His work includes cell regeneration and skin rejuvenation patents in Europe and the US, and he’s also a visiting professor at the Mayo Clinic Center for Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery. His approach to patient care is deeply individualized. “It is always going to be ultra-personalized,” Dr. Thor explains. “You have to understand what the patient is made of: their genetic makeup, their epigenetic makeup, their history, their environment. Only then can you build the journey.”

The process starts with a consultation with a precision longevity physician, followed by diagnostic tests that help establish a patient’s baseline. From there, the treatment plan is developed with input from specialists across different fields and monitored as the patient progresses. The panel includes sleep doctor Dr. Jimmy Chang, OB-GYN Dr. Patricia Kiziler, orthopedic doctor Dr. JJ Pua, urologist Dr. PJ Fernandez, and precision longevity specialist Dr. Rainier Monzo.
It’s a lineup that reflects the concerns XIGLO was built to address: poor sleep, chronic stress, sluggish energy, brain fog, weight concerns, aging skin, hormonal transitions (including perimenopause and menopause), along with other concerns affecting both women and men.
“The number one thing we heard was sleep,” Lorenzana shares. “People are tired, yet they can’t sleep. Then perimenopause and menopause hit women, and they don’t have a place to talk about it. Men go through the same thing, and they won’t even talk to their friends about it.”
“These aren’t people who are sick,” she continues. “They’re well, and they want to live longer. XIGLO is our response to that.”
The Belo Experience, Expanded
Of course, aesthetics still remain part of the experience. XIGLO offers Belo signature treatments, including the non-invasive Belo Genesis Lift, Belo ExoBloom for intimate care, and the Belo Body Reset program. These are offered alongside therapies based on a patient’s specific needs, including custom IV infusions, at-home sleep studies, and Exomind brain technology for concerns involving brain fog and focus.
The experience is also designed around privacy. XIGLO operates by appointment only, with no shared spaces and a dedicated personal concierge to guide each patient throughout their visit. The space includes specialized aesthetic treatment rooms and a dedicated wellness wing, giving patients a private setting for consultations and treatments.
After more than three decades of shaping how Filipinos approach beauty, Belo Medical Group is expanding the conversation. XIGLO carries that same pursuit forward, bringing aesthetics and wellness into one holistic experience.
