A VIP Dinner for 30 at Mighty Quinn’s

The arrival of Mighty Quinn’s American barbecue in Manila was marked by a VIP #DinnerFor30 at the first branch in SM Megamall. Pit Master and Co-Founder Hugh Mangum flew in for the intimate event to join Manila’s food enthusiasts as they take their first bites off the award-winning smoked barbecue dishes. He took the spot at the head of the long table to explain to guests that meat at Mighty Quinn’s is made “the old school way with nothing but wood and time.” Bespoke cocktails by The Curator overflowed to go will with the grilled specialties. By night’s end, news feeds were filled with posts of the new hotspot in town and must-try dishes for those planning a visit for the first time.
