The Hong Kong Magnificent Jewels features the collection of Rosamund Kwan including the exquisite Diamond Rivière that sold for $5.9 Million.
Christie’s Hong Kong just hosted the much awaited Magnificent Jewels Autumn live auction on the 28th of November. A top highlight of the auction was presenting the collection of Rosamund Kwan that includes a total of 51 elegant and vintage pieces encompassing Cartier, Bulgari, Buccellati, Van Clef & Arpels, Boghossian, and Louis Vuitton. There were a variety of gemstones featured including both diamonds and colored diamonds, rubies, pearls, jadeites, and emeralds.
Christie’s website states: “The collection belonging to the legendary Hong Kong actress has an estimated total low estimate of over HK$80 million. A portion of the sale proceeds will be donated to charity, continuing Ms. Kwan’s philanthropic contributions.”
An Instagram post by Christie’s invites all for “more Magnificent Jewels in New York on December 6th” saying that a viewing is available from December 2 to 5 at Rockefeller Plaza.
