AirSwift is a boutique airline under Ayala Corporation and, as such, it bears the pride and mark of its parent company. While it is smaller compared to other domestic carriers currently flying in the country, it has a lot to boast about.

Pleasant Flying
Any trip starts at check-in. Because of the carrier’s well-trained staff and efficient checking process, my check-in with them has always been quick and painless. I’ve never had to stand in a long line while there. The planes may be smaller than that of its counterparts, but its seats are more comfortable and gives more leg room. Untidy and smelly airplane seats are also a pet peeve of mine. Thankfully, the seats of AirSwift look new, clean, and pleasant over-all.
Safety First
Safety in flying as well as safety against COVID-19 is of utmost priority with this airline. From the moment you check-in, you will be given a safety first kit, containing a mask, and alcohol/wipes. In my most recent flight, they are no longer providing face shield, but you can still request for it free of charge.
Unlike other carriers, AirSWIFT provides extra protection inside the plane by putting acrylic seat barriers in between passenger headrests. This minimizes chance of droplets being transmitted between row-mates inflight.
The aircraft also uses a filtration system that cleans the air inside the cabin. Of course, all safety protocols of wearing mask, face shield and social distancing when boarding and deplaning are all strictly enforced. AirSwift pilots and flight attendants are also tested every day.
Friendly and Articulate
You know that feeling that when you talk to someone and they are proud and enjoy what they do? AirSwift ground crew and cabin personnel are like that. They are always welcoming and always have a smile on their face. Plus, each crew member speaks well, whether they’re on the cabin microphone and talking to you face-to-face. Even the recorded announcements are pleasing to hear.

Great Value
Contrary to what others may think, AirSwift is not expensive. It’s great value given its world-class and hassle-free travel experience and level of service it provides. They go beyond just providing a mode of transportation from one point to another, but sincerely delighting travelers.
More Destinations
I was asked to cut the ribbon for the maiden flight of Airswift to Boracay. I wondered why I was chosen, but I was honored nonetheless. AirSwift now flies Manila-Boracay-Manila on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, starting March 5.
Its flight T60526 is perfect; you leave 10:05 in the morning and by lunch time you are sipping your margarita while having lunch at your favorite resort. The flight going back to Manila is also ideal as you can still enjoy your last day at the beach, have lunch, and pack-up without hurrying. The flight promptly leaves Boracay Caticlan airport at 17:05 in the afternoon.
For now, they only have one flight given the days above. But, of course they are looking for more flight schedules in the future.
Later in the summer, they will have flights to Coron and Siargao as well.
