Medusa is adding new dishes to its supper lineup this May, expanding the menu with a mix of elevated comfort plates and returning favorites.
At The Palace Manila in Uptown Bonifacio, Medusa has built its identity around a simple idea: that a night out shouldn’t have to end after dinner. Serving as both a restaurant and nightlife destination, the space moves fluidly from intimate meals into high-energy evenings, all without guests ever needing to leave their table. This May, its supper club is introducing new additions to the existing supper menu, available Tuesday to Sunday starting 6 PM. The latest dishes join several returning guest favorites, continuing Medusa’s focus on shareable plates and contemporary comfort flavors designed for social dining.

The new additions build on Medusa’s signature approach to elevated but approachable dining, with dishes designed to move naturally alongside cocktails, conversation, and the gradual shift into a livelier late-night crowd. Across the lineup, the focus remains on approachable but refined plates for sharing, whether for smaller dinners or larger group nights out.
