Araw Hospitality’s Mamser, a Latin-American resto-bar in Poblacion, takes its name from the uniquely Filipino greeting. The vibrant spot merges flavorful cuisine with warm local hospitality and welcomes guests—whether for a boozy brunch, relaxed dinner, or a nightcap amid music and entertainment.
With various tipples, including classics like mojitos and pisco sours, their signature cocktail serves as a crowd favorite. “The Mamser” fuses vodka in dulce de leche and includes ube cream, salted caramel, and condensed milk.

The menu, featuring favorites from Mexico, Cuba, Argentina, Peru, and Brazil, caters to most cravings. For small plates, you’ll appreciate the freshness of Mamser’s Ceviche or their Patacones—a fried pressed banana dish offering a sweet and savory bite.
Meanwhile, the Mains menu contains a palatable adventure—Pescado a lo Macho (fish filet and mixed seafood), Aji de Galina (chicken filet), Lomo Saltado (Sauteed beef sirloin served over spiced french fries), and Fejoada Brazil (stewed pork knuckles, bacon, chorizo, and pork belly in a thickened black beans sauce).
Decadent desserts also await you—from Alfajores (dulce de leche-filled lemon cookies dipped in dark chocolate to Bunuelos (cheese-filled deep-fried donuts served with a chocolate sauce) and bonbons coated in coconut and roasted sliced almonds and desiccated coconut.
“After exploring various parts of the world, I was compelled to create something that would also highlight the beauty of the Philippines in a unique and transformative way,” Jean Henri Lhuillier, the “chief enlightener” of Araw Hospitality Group, told Lifestyle Asia.
