Millie Bobby Brown is now engaged to her long-time boyfriend, Jake Bongiovi, the son of singer-songwriter Jon Bon Jovi.
The Stranger Things actress star, 19, and her actor boyfriend, 20, drop the happy news on Instagram in the early hours of Tuesday morning (Like, literally 6 a.m.) with Brown posting an adorable black-and-white post. The bonus? Brown captioned the post “I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all 🤍,” which, as we all know, are lyrics to Taylor Swift’s “Lover.”
Days before Brown’s post, reports have been circulating that Swift and actor Joe Alwyn had broken up after six years together. Back in 2020, Swift detailed that ‘Lover’ is about moving in with boyfriend Alwyn and how the inspiration came from “two people choosing to spend their life together” and “making their own traditions.”
A source reportedly told ET, “The relationship had just run its course. It’s why [Alwyn] hasn’t been spotted at any shows.” Swift began dating the actor, who has appeared in a number of films including 2018’s The Favourite and 2022’s Conversations With Friends. The couple has yet to publicly reveal the current status of their relationship.

Well, it looks like Swift fully approves of Brown’s caption choice because she liked the post.
Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi
The young lovebirds first sparked dating rumors in 2021. During an interview, Brown revealed that she and Jake met online and remained friends for a bit before they started dating each other. The couple made their relationship official on Instagram the very same year. Since then, they have not shied away from expressing their love on the internet through mushy pictures and cute captions.
Bongiovi also shared a post on Instagram snapped from another angle during their beachside hug, “Forever 🤍,” he captioned his post.
Congratulations, Millie and Jake!
