The film producer behind the Marvel Cinematic Universe received the 2,785th star on Hollywood Boulevard.
Marvel stars such as Chris Evans, Chris Pratt, Brie Larson, Sebastian Stan, David Harbour, Simu Liu, Ke Huy Quan, Kathryn Hahn, and Emma Corrin assembled at Kevin Feige’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.
Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, who starred in Feige’s latest feature Deadpool & Wolverine, were also present to give speeches. This was certainly one of the most star-studded Walk of Fame ceremonies in recent memory.

Words of Praise
“He is quite literally an anchor in real life. He keeps the Marvel Universe alive and well and vital. And without him, none of this works,” Reynolds said, praising the producer.
“In his wake, people will remark on his career achievements over his character. If you ask me, you can’t have one without the other. His character is the reason that he makes magic. His character is the reason many of us have stars on the Walk of Fame.”
Wolverine star Hugh Jackman, who has played the character for over two decades, talked about the first time he met Feige. The 2000 X-Men movie was the first the two worked on together, both still early in their respective careers.

“Ever since I’ve known you, you’ve had a unique and extraordinary talent of making each project feel like it’s the most exciting movie in the world,” Jackman shared.
“You make the best movie possible and every turn you are generous, thoughtful, and you are like a jedi, man. It’s the mark of a great producer. That’s why we are all gathered here to celebrate your incredible legacy and the cinematic universe you have built over 16 years and counting.”
Leaving His Mark
Hollywood Boulevard is a special place for Feige, from watching the original Star Trek cast lay their hands on concrete at the Chinese Theatre to the multiple Marvel movie premieres held in the area.
“Needless to say to me, and to our cinematic universe, this is hallowed ground right here,” he shared in his speech.

“Producing is all I’ve ever really wanted to do, ever since I knew it was a thing a person could do. To do it alongside some of the most talented actors and storytellers in the business is more than I can ever have asked for.”
Feige began his career on the set of Volcano (1997) and You’ve Got Mail (1998) as a production assistant. In 2000, Marvel hired him as an associate producer on X-Men for his vast knowledge on the comic books.
He’s been involved in Marvel projects since before the cinematic universe was established. These include the original X-Men trilogy, Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, and many more.
He has produced all of Marvel Studios’ films and shows, from Iron Man to the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot. In 2007, he became president of the studio.
Feige has received nominations for an Academy Award and a Golden Globe for his work on Black Panther. It was the first film featuring a superhero to be nominated for the Oscar for Best Picture.
Feige has become one of the most accomplished and acclaimed producers in the industry. He has truly been the creative driving force behind the highest-grossing film franchise of all time.
