From the streets of Spain to the energy of New York, Okada Manila’s latest production Savor the Show: Around the World highlights 10 global destinations through music, dance, aerial artistry, and cuisine at The Coral Lounge.
An evening out can take many forms, and Okada Manila is giving guests one to remember. Imagine moving from the rhythms of Spain to the sounds of South Korea, then finding yourself transported to the streets of Brazil, all within the span of one evening. This is the premise behind Savor the Show: Around the World, a new live production at The Coral Lounge that combines music, movement, and visual storytelling in a 75-minute performance. Running until September 26, 2027, the production is created and directed by Livia Paccagnella, Director of Creative Entertainment at Okada Manila, and performed by the resort’s Entertainment Group.
Across 10 destination-inspired numbers, audiences are treated to live vocals, ballroom performances, dance, aerial artistry, specialty acts, and immersive LED displays. Each segment draws from the character of a different place, with choreography, costumes, musical styles, and visual design taking its inspiration to the stage.

10 Destinations, 10 Different Performances
The production transports audiences to Spain, Italy, France, India, South Korea, the Philippines, Brazil, and parts of the United States like Connecticut, Chicago, and New York, each destination given its own interpretation through performance. Music and choreography set the tone for every number, while costumes and visual design help establish the cultural influences behind each stop.
There’s plenty happening onstage throughout the evening. Live vocal performances place music at the forefront, while dance and ballroom sequences introduce different styles of movement. Aerial artistry and specialty acts add another dimension to the production, giving audiences something beyond the traditional song-and-dance format. These elements come together with immersive LED displays, which help transform the stage as the show moves from one destination to another.
Rather than following one continuous storyline, Savor the Show: Around the World lets each destination inspire its own performance, giving the audience a succession of different cultural settings and artistic expressions. The 75-minute production is divided into two 30-minute acts, with a 15-minute intermission in between.

The experience also extends to the dining table through the optional Around the World Tasting MenuTasting MenuA tasting menu is a curated, multi-course dining sequence designed by a chef to showcase technique, seasonality, and narrative across an entire meal. Featuring 10 bite-sized dishes and specially paired drinks, the menu follows the same destinations as the show, with each pairing served during its corresponding performance.
Among the selections are Spanish chorizo and Manchego croquetas, Indian samosa chaat, a Chicago-style hot dog, and other destination-inspired bites, including Italian burratina, Korean mandu, Filipino pork barbecue, and Brazilian chocolate brigadeiros. Each course arrives in tandem with its respective number, bringing the stage-and-table concept together. Non-alcoholic drink pairings are also available upon request.
