Last but certainly not least is Chef Heinz Beck, who will take the helm at Italian eatery Finestra. A celebrated restaurateur, Chef Beck owns eight restaurants, including the esteemed three-Michelin-starred La Pergola in Rome. At Finestra, he has curated an unforgettable six-course dinner featuring some of his signature dishes, including sedanini with red prawn and smoked aubergine coulis, pumpkin risotto with amaretti, pistachio-crusted veal, and a red fruit ice sphere with tea cream and crystallized raspberries.
