Crafted from only the finest
For over 50 years, Richard commits to using his knowledge and expertise in crafting whiskeys for The Dalmore. His passion and collaboration with Chef Massimo produced The Dalmore L’Anima Aged 49 Years It stands out among other single malt whiskeys because of its three unique assemblages. It carries the signature chocolate character of the brand’s whiskeys. The Dalmore L’Anima has a 41.5% ABV and gives off the aroma of raisins, old English marmalade, and sun-kissed raisins. On its taste, it follows the mark of The Dalmore with its rich and nutty flavors of Java coffee, crème brûlée, pecan pie, Demerara sugar, and the lingering taste of Sanguinello blood oranges.
To present The Dalmore L’Anima, a unique cabinet encases it, creation of master craftsman John Galvin. Galvin used Italian olive wood, solid Ebony, and American black walnut to craft the cabinet of the rare whiskey. To add to the luxurious feel, there are silver accents, a sterling silver Royal Stag, and a leather handle.
